"I had been looking to change my home, vehicle and umbrella insurance. I forgot that when you do this online that everyone that sells insurance will call you. I usually answer for the first 2 days and then I’m over it all.Chelsea Marie called me from state farm insurance company and she was so nice, so informative and had such a bubbly personality that i couldn’t possibly hang up on her. Long story short, the policies she was selling me were actually higher priced than my policy that i had. She explained EVERYTHING in great detail! I was going to end up paying more, but also got a lot more coverage. She explained the things that I didn’t understand in great detail! She was so pleasant! She sent everything electronically and helped me cancel my old policy. I had an absolute wonderful experience with her! If you are looking to change insurance companies, I highly recommend Chelsea Marie from State Farm!"

"Unfortunately our rental car was vandalized in Portland OR and all our possessions stolen. My StateFarm home owners policy covered the loss, the claim process went smoothly and settlement was very fair. Also the online tools were simple to use."

"I was very happy with the girl Catrina Romo , when she called to tell me about State Farm Insurance at the same time my son was in the process getting me Progressive Insurance but the more I spoke to her she had the answers and she sold me on the auto insurance and also the homeowners insurance .
