"I had been looking to change my home, vehicle and umbrella insurance. I forgot that when you do this online that everyone that sells insurance will call you. I usually answer for the first 2 days and then I’m over it all.Chelsea Marie called me from state farm insurance company and she was so nice, so informative and had such a bubbly personality that i couldn’t possibly hang up on her. Long story short, the policies she was selling me were actually higher priced than my policy that i had. She explained EVERYTHING in great detail! I was going to end up paying more, but also got a lot more coverage. She explained the things that I didn’t understand in great detail! She was so pleasant! She sent everything electronically and helped me cancel my old policy. I had an absolute wonderful experience with her! If you are looking to change insurance companies, I highly recommend Chelsea Marie from State Farm!"
