ABOUT OUR AGENCYWe started our agency in 2017. We are currently a team of 7 and growing! We moved into our new office in 2021 to accommodate our growth and create a comfortable environment for our team. We enjoy catching up and laughing at our monthly team luncheons. One of the exciting ways we support our community is by sponsoring our local basketball summer league through GIAC. We have a lot of fun getting to know the team and their families at our local Rumble Pony baseball games each season. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
