The Romo Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Representative who understands that exceptional service and strong sales go hand in hand. In this role, every customer interaction is an opportunity to build relationships, identify needs, and provide coverage solutions that make a lasting difference.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not yet licensed, we provide full support to help you obtain the required licenses.
What You’ll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional service.
  • Manage policy changes, renewals, and billing questions.
  • Conduct policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Educate clients on available insurance options and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
What You Bring
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A service-oriented approach with confidence in discussing products and coverage.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willingness to obtain with agency support.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
